EXPERIMENTAL IPA NO. 2

Being from hop country, we’re usually first in line to try new experimental hop varieties. We’re excited to introduce Talus™(HBC 692), featuring intense waves of pink grapefruit and tropical fruit with rosemary and cedar notes. In this experimental IPA, in collaboration with Yakima Chief Hops, we paired Talus™ with Loral®, which brings berry and floral notes to the party, and Ahtanum®, with ripe orange and herbal characters. This exclusive West Coast IPA is a peek into the decade-long breeding process which brings new hops from a single plant to a named commercial release.

Availability: Limited Release launched on August 29, 2020.

ABV: 6.8%  |  IBU 50

SENSORY: Grapefruit, cedar and tropical notes with hints of melon, apricot and potpourri. Crisp, with medium bitterness.

MALT: 2-Row, Munich, White Wheat

HOPS: Simcoe® Brand, Loral® Brand, Ahtanum® Brand, Talus™ Brand HBC 692

YEAST: BBBC House Strain
